Shipping policy

At Malëus, we place our customers' satisfaction at the forefront of our concerns. In order to guarantee you the most transparent shopping experience, we wish to inform you about our delivery policies.

Some items we offer are made specifically upon request. These unique creations, crafted with care, may require between 1 and 3 weeks of production time, depending on their complexity. Once crafted or upon receipt of your order for items available in stock, we proceed to ship them as quickly as possible.

Each order is carefully prepared by our team, involving a processing time of 1 to 3 business days. Although we strive to ensure delivery within 7 to 12 business days, these timeframes may vary depending on the chosen carrier and shipping method.

Please note that Malëus is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. In the event of such an incident, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly. Additional charges may also be applied upon the arrival of your package, depending on the carrier. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control, and we are not able to reimburse them or intervene on this matter. Similarly, delivery-related costs are not refundable.
